Offering an Exemplary Early Childhood Education Experience

The Early Learners program at The Summit Preparatory School caters to preschool children aged 3, 4, and 5, presenting a distinctive approach to early childhood education. In contrast to conventional daycare settings, this private independent school program is dedicated to nurturing academic excellence in early childhood education. The curriculum employs a progressive methodology, engaging young learners in hands-on activities that foster observation, active participation, and decision-making.

Emphasis on Holistic Development

The Summit Preparatory School’s progressive approach places a strong emphasis on the holistic development of each child, providing a robust educational and social-emotional foundation for kindergarten and beyond. In a nurturing multi-age environment, children are encouraged to explore, wonder, play, and create, facilitating the development of crucial social skills and building confidence in addition to academic mastery of foundational concepts.

Fostering Group Collaboration

Promoting group collaboration is a key aspect of the Early Learners program, instilling a sense of belonging and shared enthusiasm for learning. Themed activities and thought-provoking questions guide children through lessons in language arts, social studies, and STEM, contributing to language, literacy, cognitive, and physical development.

Preparation for Educational Milestones

As children delve into essential concepts, they not only prepare for the next educational steps but also cultivate a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom. The Screening Day serves as an invaluable opportunity for parents to witness firsthand the engaging and enriching environment that The Summit Preparatory School provides for its youngest learners.
